Recommended Use

Simply mix 1.5 scoops (169g) with 480 ml (16.2 oz) of cold water and blend.
You can adjust flavour by using more or less water.

This is my first tub of pro gainer so not sure how well it works. Taste is not to great with water better mixing with milk.

Excellent supplement Fast delivery!

This is my second tub and have to say works great. I had a tub but I got food poisoning which stopped me from going gym. But after that phase was over I weighed in at 11.3 stones and was shocked and upset. But using this kicked me up the backside within 2 weeks of hardcore training and using this product I gained 10 pounds. And currently as of today I now Weigh in at 12.4 stones. This just gives me extra calories on top of my monster meals. So slowly but surely have to say it's an awesome product that does work if you work with it! Mixes perfect, tastes perfect you won't be disappointed!
