Does not work. followed all directions, followed this with 1 gal of water, drank the whole bottle in 30 min and the water in and hour after that. Its been over 12 hours and im just now going pee for the first time, was told by a friend who wrestled in high school and base ball in college when he needed to shed weight to drop down a class he would get this from gnc. My guess this is a different formula being sold online under the same name. Will never buy again. Dont waste your money.

Update-03/06/2017- it has been over 48 hours since i drank this and still have not gone to the bathroom other than to pee. worst product ever.
